Are your products made in India?
Many of our products are proudly Made in India, including handcrafted pieces sourced from Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, and other artisan hubs. Product details clearly mention origin.
Are product colors exactly as shown?
We try our best to display accurate colors. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)

Is it safe to pay online?
Absolutely. We use secure SSL encryption and trusted payment gateways to ensure safe transactions.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it (if not shipped). After dispatch, cancellation will not be possible.
Will I receive a GST invoice?
Yes, all orders come with a GST-compliant invoice. You can also request a business invoice for corporate purchases.
What are your delivery timelines?
Metro cities: 3–5 business days
Tier 2 & 3 cities: 4–7 business days
Remote areas: 6–10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary during festive seasons like Diwali, Navratri, or sale events.
Do you offer free shipping?
Our shipping fee is very nominal and is applied on all orders.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship across India. For international shipping requests, please contact support.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for most products (except customized, clearance, or fragile décor items). The product must be unused and in original packaging.
What if I receive a damaged product?
Please share an unboxing video and photos within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
How long does refund processing take only of damaged products?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after quality check:
UPI/Wallet: 2–3 days
Bank/Card: 5–7 days
Is return shipping free?
Yes, for damaged or defective products. For other returns, a small reverse pickup fee may apply.
Are dimensions accurate?
Yes, dimensions are mentioned in inches and centimeters. Minor variations may occur for handcrafted products.
Do you offer bulk or corporate gifting?
Yes, we offer special pricing for bulk and corporate gifting, especially during festive seasons like Diwali.
